Weekends
Due to the popularity of Broadway we are unable to take advance bookings for single nights at weekends. However, it's always worth ringing to see if there's anything available at the last minute.
Deposits & Cancellation
We require a deposit of 25% of the cost of the stay, or £50, whichever is greater. Deposits must be made at time of booking, and no booking is confirmed unless a deposit has been paid.
Our cancellation policy is designed to inform our guests in advance of charges that will apply should their plans change and their booking needs to be cancelled. For their own peace of mind, guests are advised to take out their own travel insurance in case they have to cancel.
If we can relet the room, then no cancellation fee will be taken, and all monies will be returned less an administration fee of £15.
However, if we cannot relet, the following applies;
• Cancelling your booking more than 14 days before arrival date – lose deposit (currently £50 per room or 25% of value of booking)
• Cancelling 14 days or less will incur the full cost of the accommodation reserved, which will be deducted from the credit card given at the time of booking. This also applies should you subsequently amend your booking by shortening your stay.
Arrival & Departure
Check-in is between 4-6pm although we are happy to accommodate other arrival times if we can.
Pets
We do not accept pets but are happy to accommodate assistance dogs
Smoking
Old Stationhouse is non-smoking inside, but guests may smoke in the garden or grounds
