Our room rates vary according to the room, number of occupants and season, but the average price per room per night is £80, based upon 2 people sharing.

If you would like to take the entire property for a house party, please contact us on 01386 852659. We also offer evening meals or access to the barbecue for house parties.

All our rooms are doubles/twins, but we are happy to negotiate a discount for single occupancy.

Due to the popularity of Broadway we are unable to take advance bookings for single nights at weekends. However, it's always worth calling 01386 852659 or checking our availability page to see if any rooms are available at the last minute.
